- No. Quotes are done after an initial assessment of your site or blueprints and are free of charge.
- Each project has its own schedule and specific timelines. We allocate our manpower according to each site's needs and deadlines.
- Scheduling a payment plan that meets your needs is one of our top priorities. We fully understand the costs involved in new builds and renovations and work with our clients to ensure their projects go as smoothly as possible, from the work schedule right into the payment schedule.
- We do not price any of our work based on sqft pricing only, as we see this as a method that contractors use to inflate costs of a project. Rather, each project is priced based on man hours, materials needed, complexity of workload and timeline needed for completion. This ensures we do our job to the best of our ability and you receive the best price.
- All our employees follow strict standards for safety and are certified with tickets for working at heights and WHMIS as well as insured through WSIB.
